Having lived and
worked on the central coast for three generations, we feel we are uniquely
able to help you with your gardening questions, whether they are cultural
questions about specific plants, or more general suggestions regarding design and placement. We have
years of experience with the widely varied microclimates and soils of
our region, and, can make reliable recommendations for successful gardening
with plants of appropriate hardiness and tolerances.
Bokay Nursery has been servicing customers in the Salinas Valley and
surrounding area for over 45 years. We try to maintain a comfortable,
friendly environment and reliable help for gardener’s needs.
We base our business on selection and service,
offering information and advice to our customers
and providing a source for both the tried and true perennial, and the
rare and unusual shrub.
Landscape design and installation are available also, with two full
time designers on staff to help you create the garden of your dreams.
